With over 15 years of experience in the medical field, including emergency room care, Tony brings a practical, patient-centered approach to health.
His foundation extends beyond clinical settings. Through years of hands-on work with local farms and disciplined personal practice, Tony developed the habits he now teaches—prioritizing nutrient-dense foods, daily movement, and consistent routines.
As a Certified Primal Health Coach and personal trainer, his work focuses on metabolic health and the gut-brain connection, supporting improvements in energy, mood, and overall well-being.
Tony collaborates closely with clinical providers to support clients between appointments—helping translate guidance into sustainable, real-life habits.
